Many competitors will simply throw a hose in and pump until it stops pumping and leave a large amount of solids on the bottom of your tank. They often use excuses such as "You need to leave some in the bottom to 'restart' the system" which is completely false and only their way of trying to cheat you out of your hard earned money.

We use a Crustbuster to mix up the tank prior to pumping to make sure the entire contents get removed. If the sludge is too thick for that, then we can move forward with backflushing and repumping until we have cleared all the solids from the tank and you have received the service you paid for!
